Agnes Fink, 75, Local Realtor

Agnes “Aggie” Fink (Roche), of Ridgefield, wife of the late Edward Fink, mom, grandmother, aunt, sister, and local realtor, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her extended family, on Monday, Oct. 19.
She was born in the Bronx, NY, in 1934, and moved to Ridgefield forty-four years ago.  She has been a prominent name in local real estate, and cherished the friends she made throughout the years. A fixture for the past 34 years on Main Street, Agnes loved her “window seat” at her current real estate firm and loved to have friends stop and visit.
She is survived by her two sons, Pat Fink and his wife Janet, of New Fairfield, CT, and Bill Fink and his wife Catherine, of Carlisle, MA, five grandchildren Shay, Russ, Ben, Liam and Michael, three ‘nephew sons’ Tom, Jimmy and John, their wives, and her grandchildren Katie, Billy and Colleen, three brothers, nephews, nieces, grandnieces, grand nephews, and many, many friends.  She will be sadly missed, as will her endless supply of chocolate chip cookies.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 24th, at 10:15am a.m. in St. Mary Church, Ridgefield.  Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
The family will receive friends in the Kane Funeral Home, 25 Catoonah St., Ridgefield on Friday from 4pm to 8pm.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her favorite charity St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or American Cancer Society, or Regional Hospice of Western Connecticut.
