Ralph C. Sergi, 71, of Danbury, husband of Mary Lee (Nazro) Sergi, died on Tuesday evening, April 14, 2015 at Danbury Hospital.

Mr. Sergi was born in Buffalo, NY, October 29, 1943, the son of the late Ralph A. and Mary (Scandiffio) Sergi. He was raised in the Bronx, NY, and attended New York schools. He moved to Bethel with his family as a teenager and graduated from Bethel High School in 1961, and then attended Bridgeport Engineering Institute. His particular mannerisms and story telling embellishments were always a source of much amusement and will be remembered and mimicked by all who knew him. He cherished his family and was always ready to share good news about his children and grandchildren. He was an avid golfer, a member of the Richter Park Seniors, and a loyal NY Yankee fan.

In addition to his wife of 49 years, he is survived by two sons, Matthew T. Sergi and his wife, Sharon, of Murfreesboro, Tenn. ; and Benjamin M. Sergi and his fiancé, Susan Kiselak, of Danbury; a daughter, Maria C.
