Marilyn Lee JonesMarilyn Jones Lee, 56, of Danbury, died on Friday, March 1, 2013 at the Pope John Paul II Center for Health Care, Danbury.

Too Sweet was born in Blytheville, Arkansas, January 11, 1957, a daughter of Ernest and Rosie Jones. 

After moving to Danbury at an early age, she was adopted by her uncle and aunt; James and Elnore Lee.

Marilyn Lee attended Danbury Public schools. She was employed with the McDonald Corporation and was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church of Danbury.

She leaves to cherish her memories three brothers, James Outlaw and Elder Ernest Jones both of Danbury and Carl (Sharon) Jones of Little Rock, Arkansas; three sisters, Jean E. Jones of Danbury, Dorothy (Lawrence) Willis of Little Rock, Arkansas and Carolyn Smith of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Marilyn Lee was predeceased by her parents, adopted parents and by a brother.

Funeral Services will take place on Saturday, march 9, 2013 at 11 AM in the New Hope Baptist Church, 10 Rev. Dr. Aaron Samuels Blvd., Danbury with the Rev. Leroy G. Parker, Senior Pastor, officiating.

Interment will take place in Wooster Cemetery, Danbury at the direction of the family.

The family will receive friends in the New Hope Baptist Church on Saturday after 10:30 AM.
