Anthony “Tony” Rehoric

Anthony “Tony” Rehoric, 65, of Danbury, died on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at Danbury Hospital.
He was the husband of Sheila (LeBlanc) Rehoric.
Tony was born in Stamford, December 30, 1943, a son of the late John and Pauline (Ogrinc) Rehoric.  He attended Stamford schools and graduated from Stamford High School in the Class of 1961.
A U.S. Army veteran, Tony first was employed with various food service distributor companies and later as a sewer and drain specialist with the Roto-Rooter Company in 1980 and establishing Arc-O-Rooter of Danbury in 1993.
A resident of Danbury since 1963 coming from Stamford, he was a member of the Turkey Roost Rod & Gun Club of Newtown, a member of the National Rifle Association, the Moose Lodge, Concordia Society, the American Legion and the Croatian Fraternal Union of America.
He attended the Northeast Baptist Church of Danbury.
In addition to his wife Sheila, he is survived by 2 sons, a daughter, brother and sister, 2 grandsons, a great granddaughter as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday at  11am in the Northeast Baptist Church, 101 East Pembroke Rd., Danbury with Pastor Joe Vassak officiating.
Burial will take place in St. John’s Cemetery, Darien.
The family will receive friends in the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home, 9-11 Granville Ave., Danbury on Tuesday (today) from 5pm to 8pm.
